About NYCDB

Since its formation in 1955, the largest district branch of the American Psychiatric Association has strived to be a resource for both mental health professionals, as well as the public, in the New York metropolitan area.

One of the ways the district branch has reached out to the mental health community is through its referral service, which connects the New York County community to psychiatric services.
